Sheila Godfrey opened The Skin Therapy Centre in 2005 with the intention of providing a welcoming, relaxed environment, away from the hustle and bustle of a commercial beauty salon, whilst offering the confidentiality and professional standards of a medical aesthetic clinic.
Here at The Skin Therapy Centre we are acutely aware that so many people are too embarrassed to visit a high street salon or feel intimidated by larger establishments in case some one might recognise them, with the result that their quality of life is compromised. Sheila Godfrey understands that it takes courage to pick up the phone for that initial contact, and yet even more courage to attend for the Consultation.
The key to successful treatment lies with the skill and knowledge of the practitioner. The de-regulation of Intense Pulsed Light and lasers for cosmetic treatments means that it is important for clients to seek treatment from Therapists who are skilled and experienced in these treatments. Sheila Godfrey has over 14 years experience in these technologies, keeping up to day with new techniques as they occur.
The medical aesthetic procedures such as Restylane, Botox, wrinkle reducing treatments, and removal of leg veins by sclerotherapy are carried out by a team of Consultant Surgeons.
